ScreenThreat ("we", "us", "our") is a screen time accountability service. By signing up you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ScreenThreat sends personalised SMS messages designed to discourage excessive phone use. Messages are humorous and satirical in nature. They are not genuine legal threats, medical advice, or factual statements. You sign up knowing this.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ScreenThreat. By signing up you confirm you are 18 or over.
By providing your mobile number and activating ScreenThreat, you explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from us. Standard message rates may apply depending on your carrier. You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to our number or cancelling your subscription.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding. You must not provide someone else's phone number without their consent. ScreenThreat is intended for personal use only.
If you subscribe to a plan that includes messages to nominated contacts, you confirm that those contacts have consented to receive messages on your behalf. You are solely responsible for obtaining that consent.
ScreenThreat is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ScreenThreat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For any questions about these Terms, contact us at hello@screenthreat.com.
